JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Designer must possess exceptional visual and user interface design skills, as well as user-centered design principals. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work closely with Product Development to ensure that application and UI implementations meet experiential goals.

· Designing low and high fidelity prototypes, and writing design documents to effectively communicate functional behavior to stakeholders.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION

· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

· Proficient in creating Flash animations – with an understanding of animation mechanics

· Experience with some form of rapid prototyping using HTML, Flash, DreamWeaver or similar solution

· Experience with documenting designs as form of functional specification
